TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Renter must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to rent a vehicle. 

The Renter must provide a full UK driving licence and proof of home address for the named driver. This must be provided prior to collection of the vehicle.

The Rental Vehicle shall not be driven by any other person than the named driver(s). An additional fee will be incurred if an additional named driver is required.

The Renter will make full payment plus a compulsory £200 deposit prior to, or upon collection of, the vehicle, as agreed at the time of booking.

The hire charge is inclusive of VAT, breakdown cover across the UK and a 300 mile daily limit. Unlimited mileage is charged at £25 per day. Please advise if this is required prior to confirmation of booking.

The compulsory £200 deposit is refundable upon inspection of the vehicle, within 24-48 hours of return.

In the event of a motor incident requiring an insurance claim, the standard excess on the policy, as set by the insurer, is £1500, payable by the Renter. We offer a damage waiver of £18 per day to reduce this excess to £700. Please advise if this is required prior to confirmation of booking.

No vehicle is fully booked until payment is received. 

The Renter will sign the full Rental Agreement provided, agreeing to all terms of use set out in the Agreement. This document can be emailed prior to collection of the vehicle. 

Animals are prohibited in the Rental Vehicle unless advance permission has been obtained and a £15 fee has been paid. The Renter is responsible for ensuring all animal hair etc is removed. Should the vehicle be returned in an unacceptable condition, a further cleaning fee will be incurred.

All vehicles will be full of fuel upon collection. Fuel used should be replaced by the renter on return. If the vehicle is not fuelled, the Renter will be charged for the cost of refuelling, plus 10%.

Late returns of the vehicle without prior notice will mean that insurance is invalid - all late returns must be reported in order to ensure valid insurance is in place and will result in a fine.

Cancellation of any hire 48 hours prior to the hire period beginning, will incur a charge of 50% of the entire rental fee. Cancellation of any hire within 12 hours of the hire period beginning will incur 100% charge of the agreed rental fee.
